Our holiday weeks...

Okay, so it's been a little while since I've posted. Sorry about that. Here are some pictures from the past couple of weeks to recap. We spent Christmas Day with Sharon & Larry, Shannon, Bill & Shanda, Kylie & Karena, and Grandpa & Grandma P and stayed at their house for the weekend. Taylor & Kylie had fun as usual with some finger painting, a little tea party, and fort building to name a few things.

Friday after xmas, Taylor was doctoring Hailey...

Having their own little tea party, and Taylor had to have a bandaid on her head at one point since she bumped it and was in the "doctoring" mood.

Jr & Ben were building forts outside for Taylor until it rained and ruined it all.

And Hailey was watching out the window...

Taylor started sledding in their backyard, but then we decided to go to a bigger hill.

Hailey went down once with me very, very slowly.

Taylor went down at least once with Jr, Ben and myself laughing and laughing all the way. One time Papa fell off and sent Taylor down the rest of the way herself and she thought that was pretty cool. She would've kept going all night but we were pooped from climbing up.. no tow ropes here!

My mom and dad came up for New Year's and we had a fun couple of days with them.

Then today we went back over to Mar & Jr's because Ben helped Jr move in their new washer and they went hunting.

Us girls played in the snow some more and went to the pool.

Hailey didn't really care for being so bundled up she couldn't move a muscle.

Mommy & Taylor making snow angels. Of course I didn't have any snow pants along so I was a little chilly. Then us in Taylor's "girls only fort." :) Thanks for the happy holidays everyone.

I started my at-home daycare this week and it's been great! The little boy I'm watching is 2, so he and Taylor have a lot of fun. I'm loving being home with the girls all the time, but it is all a lot of work.. don't let anyone fool ya. I didn't expect it not to be, but it's the most rewarding work that's for sure. Not only being an at-home mom, but also being a daycare provider. Hope everyone's having a great start to the new year!
I just took this picture of Hailey sitting in Taylor's little recliner, so proud of herself :) Had to add it.

Staying at home IS the most rewarding job, not always the easiet, but I wouldn't trade it for the world! Glad to hear your daycare is going good!
