We had a fun 4-day weekend at Tim & Mel's house! Sorry it's taken me a few days to get this posted. I've been home this week with Taylor since our sitter is having some kind of crisis at her house, so I really don't have any excuses! I guess I've been doing laundry and trying to clean, since we've been gone so much lately.
We went down Friday night, went over to Grandma & Grandpa's house on Saturday. The guys went hunting in the early morning, so us girls went over later. Then, the guys went ice fishing while us girls hung out sledding and playing with new toys and games. Sunday, Mom & Dad (gma/gpa) came over to Tim & Mel's house for dinner and we played rook! It's been a long time and it was a lot of fun. Monday the guys went ice fishing again, and us girls went down to Gurnee Mills for some bargain shopping. The kids all made out with some clearance toys and clothes! Then, Tuesday the guys babysat for a couple hours while Mel and I went to a few more stores. How much easier it is to shop without the kids in tow, especially at Hobby Lobby :)
