I need relief!

Sorry to sound like a whiner, but I've just been pretty miserable the past week with back, tailbone, hip, and everything pain! Plus, I've been sooo tired. I don't know if I was spoiled last week when I was off and just am missing my mid-afternoon naps or what :) I actually think it's my body moving things around for the baby, and the baby is sitting lower this time, but it has been pretty uncomfortable lately. I don't remember every feeling this uncomfortable when pregnant with Taylor, not even at the end. Hope the next 18 weeks aren't this bad, or I'll have to work less that's for sure. I find that if I don't sit or stand too long at a time it seems to help, but I've been so tired by the time I get home at night too. Any suggestions are welcome for extra motivation or pain relief!

It's much different the second time around...mostly because you're that much busier. You didn't have a toddler to chase around when you were pregnant with Taylor, and your whole routine was different when you were pregnant with Taylor. A helpful hint though....daddy duty!! Let Ben take care of 90% of Taylor's needs at night...it will be good for BOTH of them!

p.s.-would a heating pad on your chair at work help your back at all?

try drinking some tea, that relaxes you, your just too busy and its two jobs when your chasing a toddler too. I agree with the heating pad idea, even at night when your sitting around..Hugs

I sure hope you feel better soon. I agree with Melissa, "Daddy Duty" would be very helpful right about now.
