Flooring Weekend

We finally decided to tackle the living room and kitchen floors with some laminate flooring, yay! Notice the rip in the hallway carpet, there were several of those in the hall and under this zebra carpet. We lived with it for 6 years almost so it was time!

Aiden helped Daddy take down gates and such to prepare for the new floor.

Us girls and Aiden snuck out for some fun and to get out of the way.. We went to funset Friday night, Monkey Joe's and a birthday party on Saturday!

Somewhere along the way Taylor picked up a stomach bug and got sick Saturday night/Sunday morning. She stayed home to rest Monday and is back at school today. Grandma Mrnak got sick but no one else so far, knock on wood!!

Aiden has been sweeping the floor every few hours since they finished, lol!

This little stinker knows how to climb on the couch now and thinks he's big stuff!! Thankfully he also knows how to get off the couch the right way.. still...

What are you doing!!?? :)  Lots of teeth! He has 4 all the way in on top and 2 on bottom, working on some others yet.  The girls didn't even have 1 tooth yet at his age.

I made these cupcakes for Taylor's V-Day party today, golden butter with milk chocolate frosting and candy hearts of course.

Hailey wanted to buy me these roses when we were grocery shopping the other night :) Such a sweetie.. most of the time ;-)  Taylor took one to give to her teacher.
