Special Memories Zoo

We spent part of the day Saturday at the Special Memories Zoo in Greenville with Grandma P.  It was such a nice day and the guys were fishing so we found something to do outside as well. We wanted to go to the Farmer's market in Appleton, but it wasn't open yet downtown.

Here's a silly monkey with his toy

Grandma and the girls

Feeding the animals some grass, whoops.. found out we weren't supposed to do that.

Cool maccaw with the Zebra in the background

Hot lion

Mommy & Aiden in the shade, come over girls for a quick pic!

The girls favorite goat in the petting zoo

Cool baby gazelle

Grandma and Aiden watching from outside the fence in the shade with the stroller

They held the baby bunnies for a few seconds before they sunk their claws in their legs!

baby ox

The first thing Taylor does is pet this turtle's face! Stuck it right back in its shell and scared the bejeebers outta me!! lol

We enjoyed some ice cream at the Twist afterwards, it was getting hot!

Glad for another fun Saturday and thanks to Grandma for all her help!

What a fun day at the ZOO...last time we were there, Hailey was the same size as Aiden. And of course, she's a big 3 year old now....

It was HOT so ice cream was welcomed.....

your welcome Kara, and we'll have to try to ZOO in Weyauwega...(and can't forget Milwaukee Zoo....)

Neat pics....hugs and kisses

Always fun to visit that zoo. We went 2 weeks ago when we were home. They usually feed the animals bottles about 1 hour before closing and if you are there the kids can help.
