Swimming at the YMCA

Taylor's school kids and family could get into the YMCA this week for $1 ea so we took advantage of it twice and had a lot of fun!  It's really nice, too bad it'd be super expensive to actually join! They do have family nights a lot of Saturdays so think we'll be going back again soon.

The second time I took the kids to play at the indoor park for awhile first and Daddy worked late so we did a quick swim, shallow pool and the kids did great so I wasn't worried at all taking them myself. They are little fishies.

Taylor's friend Sawyer was there too so they had lots of fun playing, swimming underwater, diving for toys, etc....

yes, we have more than one clown in our family :) but that's ok. We love these clowns.. they keep things real :)

I turned around and Aiden was walking all the way across the living room from the big toy box and was at this yellow chair in the middle of the room.. of course I didn't have that on camera or a camera even close by! I need to just leave one on at all times to catch this guy! lol. But, he did cooperate for a few seconds and let me capture this short clip this morning :)

Aiden has been walking all day.. this was all he'd cooperate for the camera though. One week shy of 10 months old :)

January's flying by...

Hope you all are having a good January, this month is flying by again it seems!  Ben's work has been picking up, Taylor's enjoying school, and Hailey and Aiden and the daycare kids are keeping me on my toes as always! Aiden is so dangerously close to walking it's ridiculous! Last night he was walking 2-3 steps from the table to the foot rest to the couch and around in circles... tried to video a little bit but not letting me load it right now! will try again later. Here are some things we've been up to...

First Sledding 2012

We got enough snow last week to do a little sledding this weekend

Happy New Year!

Yes, I'm a little late with the New Year greetings.. sorry. It's been a busy couple of weeks. Hope you all are enjoying the winter weather we are finally having! :)

Ben is happy Aiden's Yamaha shirt is fitting him now :)

We played at Grndma & Grandpa's a couple of Saturdays while the boys hunted. The kids liked riding their horsey! Aiden was bouncing up and down on it, too funny.

I was doing dishes one night and this is what I found when I came out to check on the kids... Aiden is standing on top of ALL of the couch cushions playing with his learning table..lol

Aiden is walking behind this toy now like nobody's business. He loves it.  And, yesterday he took a couple of steps to me from it without holding on.. don't think he realized it because there was no way I could get him to do it again!

I found Aiden in his sister's room the other day emptying out all their barbies so he could sit in the bin, funny guy

and here's our first "major" snowfall of the season.. we ended up with about 4 inches. Taylor helped Daddy shovel Thursday after school, when we had just a couple inches.

This little man figured out how to climb up on the couch the other day..yikes

and he was kissing Cooper through the window Friday :) looks like Cooper's trying to kiss him back
