Ear infections, V-Day, Skirts & Rhinelander

It's been a busy few weeks and I realize I haven't posted, which I should've here and there to make this post shorter! But oh well. Lots of pictures to include since these kids are just too darn photogenic, or at least this mommy thinks so :)

These are the girls new swimsuits they had gotten to wear to the waterpark in previous post. I forgot to post this picture of them trying them on. Big sissy always hugging little sissy :)

The girls got a v-day package from Auntie K & Uncle J and helped Hailey feel a little better while she had another double ear infection. She is finally starting to act like her normal self, now just need to get her to sleep in her own bed all night again!

Goofy Taylor - always the cheeseball!

and her sister that's just a little silly (according to Taylor :P)

Playing at Grandma P's house, stacking tupperware and bowling them down

A Dora skirt came in the mail for Hailey from Grandma M and she loves it! (can you imagine?)

I have to try to squeeze in a picture with them sometimes so they remember what I look like later, lol

We went up to Rhinelander this past weekend with Gma & Gpa P and Auntie Shell for a little relaxing and a little snowmobiling... plus a little shopping.

The girls pretended to play slots while we were eating breakfast one morning. They thought it was pretty cool.

Playing in the hotel. Think Taylor put 50 miles on Gma this weekend!

Hailey enjoyed some Auntie Shelley bonding time

The girls in their cute Gma M hats on the way home Saturday

Have to pose on Sunday in our pretty Spring dresses too :)

Ok, it's March... when's the first day of Spring? I try not to complain, but our snow has been melting a lot and it's starting to look like a slime hole all around town. Either snow and cover up this junk or melt and give me some green grass!

Disney on Ice - Blue Harbor Resort

We had a fun mini-vacation weekend with our little family to Disney on Ice Princess Classics and Blue Harbor Resort in Sheboygan. The girls had no idea we were going anywhere and we hid our suitcases so they just thought they were going to the store. Hailey fell asleep on the way eating a cookie :) She finished chewing while half asleep then set the cookie down on her lap, lol.

When we got there, they looked at the ice wondering what was going to happen out there. Taylor could tell there was a tower of a castle in the dark at the other end but still didn't know why.

We had awesome front row seats and they were worth every penny!
Taylor's mind was racing thinking about what could be happening...

Tinkerbell came out first with Mickey & Minnie and Hailey had this shocked look on her face :) She liked Mickey & Minnie the best!

The Genie was hilarious

Ariel & Ursula

Moo Shoo from Mulan

Snow White & the seven dwarfs

A happy little girl! :) Taylor had this grin on her face the rest of the show! Hailey either had the shock look or was clapping the whole time.

Belle & her prince (the beast)

The evil stepsisters

Silly girl

Cinderella was sad because she didn't think she'd have time to make a gown for the ball, but the mice were making one for her :)

Sad because her wicked sisters ripped her dress :P

Cinderella going off to the ball after her fairy godmother came and saved the day

Dancing with her prince

I think I was staring at the girls more to see how they were reacting then actually watching the show, but it was awesome! We will definately go back next time they're in the area.
Blue Harbor Resort - surprise #2 of the day for the girls!

Hailey's present from the gift shop at Blue Harbor was a gray kitty that looked like Cinder and Taylor's was a swan

The waterpark was surprise #3 of the weekend!

Hailey playing on the kids computer in the lobby after breakfast

Taylor eating breakfast with Dad, Lake Michigan view in the background.. pretty!

An overall good weekend even though Hailey had a bad cold and I had sinus issues. Blue Harbor was fun but we liked the Tundra Lodge better. It was still a nice little vacation away from home :)

Cinder

The girls got to meet Auntie Shelley's kitty named Cinder yesterday for the first time and Hailey especially loved her! What a sweet kitty. She was snuggling her a lot and she just let her. She loved it actually and wondered what was going on when she stopped to play with toys!

Goofy Girls

If these goofy girls don't make you smile, there's something wrong with you :)

Talking on their calculator phone, yes those are Mr. Potatohead lips!

Found the girls snuggled up together reading books the other night

Grandma's 90th Birthday!

Hi everyone! It is my Grandma's (Eunice Wilson) 90th birthday on Monday, February 1st! I just want to let everyone know so if they know or knew her at some point and would like to remember her on her birthday with a card that you have her address. She loves hearing from everyone and getting mail! Thanks for remembering her!

Ballerina Girls

Taylor with her ballerina slippers on that came with her "married" dress from Grandma M. She wants to be a ballerina most days and was showing her sissy how to do it!

"Look at my shoes, Mommy!"

In other news, this dc boy had his first birthday last Sunday so we celebrated on Monday with some cookie cupcakes. Can't believe how fast time flies! I've had him since he was 8 weeks.
